Refund policy

At Puflow, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full cancellation.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation. If your order has already shipped, you may still request a return after delivery according to our return policy.

Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return process, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • All original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging are included
  • Return request is submitted and approved by Puflow before sending the item back

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain product quality and service standards for all customers.

Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns requested within the 30-day return period, Puflow covers return shipping costs for eligible orders within the contiguous United States (48 mainland states).

If applicable, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or return instructions at no additional cost.

For orders shipped to non-contiguous U.S. regions, including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or remote island locations, additional return shipping fees may apply due to carrier and regional shipping costs.

If additional shipping charges apply, our support team will notify you in advance and work with you to find the most reasonable solution.

Please note:

  • Returns must be requested and approved by Puflow before shipping the item back
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
  • Additional fees may apply if items are returned with missing parts, accessories, or signs of misuse beyond standard inspection

How to Request a Return

Step 2 — Approval & Return Instructions

Once approved, our team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please do not return items without prior approval, as this may delay processing.

Step 3 — Inspection & Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video proof.

For verified issues, Puflow will provide a replacement, return, refund, or suitable resolution at no additional cost.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day return period, items are no longer eligible for standard returns.

However, your product may still be covered under our limited warranty policy. Please contact us for product support or warranty assistance.
