We stand behind the quality of Puflow products. Every purchase (except filters) includes a 1-year limited warranty, along with lifetime technical support to help you get the best performance from your system. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem

After reviewing the information, our team will verify the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Send replacement parts
  • Arrange for a product replacement


Defective Products During the Warranty Period

  • Photos or videos demonstrating the issue

Once the issue has been verified, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate solution. This may include technical support, repair assistance, replacement parts, or product replacement where applicable.
